The Local Television Network or XTVL (in Spanish : Local Television Network ) is a group of local television setentena of Spain and, more specifically, the autonomous communities of Catalonia , the Balearic Islands and Valencia .

XTVL is a joint project of the Barcelona Provincial Council (through the public company Xarxa Audiovisual Local ) and the association Televisions Locals de Catalunya (TLC). Its objective is to promote collaboration and the exchange of content between the local television partners, as well as technical and legal advice to its members.
